On Friday October 27th, 2017, Joseph’s House welcomed the Catholic Women’s Commission and their conference speakers to our home for mass and dinner. Father Michael Gaitley, MIC celebrated mass and broke bread with our staff and more than 50 guests on this most joyous occasion. We were also joined by Sister Ignatius Henneberry, OSF along with singer and artist Annie Karto.
We were most especially blessed to welcome the Pilgrim Statue of Our Lady of Fatima into our home the same evening. The purpose of the Pilgrim Statue tours since 1947 has been to bring the graces of Fatima and Our Lady’s message of hope, peace and salvation to those people who may never have an opportunity to make a pilgrimage to Fatima itself. We can tell you quite honestly the Blessed Virgin Mary’s presence in our chapel and our home was quite extraordinary in the insights and gifts given to those who knelt before Her and gazed into Her eyes. Joseph’s House is grateful to the Syracuse Women’s Commission and all those who made this most blessed evening possible. Below you can hear the Sister's of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration praying before Our Lady in the Aubrey Gleason Memorial Chapel at Joseph's House. God’s Blessings to you for your work!
